Be ready for excessive wait times and to get treated poorly by some staff members. The doctor is thorough, but when his staff is rude, it makes me question if I even want to go back.

This Dr. was taking my regular Dr.s place while on vacation. I found him to be condescending and not very compassionate. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr Kaveh is a very caring and passionate doctor that spends an incredible amount of time with his patients and is very knowlegable. So blessed to have found him and his staff is amazing

Staff can be quite rude. Not sure if they know what they are doing. Talked us into a phony prescription salve that was never followed through. Talked us into some Medicare follow up phone time we ended up paying for.

Wait times are absolutely terrible! You will wait often an hour in the waiting room and possibly that long in the exam room, or more! They overbook every day. You will be there for hours, every time! Dr. Kaveh orders lots of tests, especially the ones he can perform in the office. Some days he barely listens to what you say and will rush out. He started selling the HCG diet program sometimes in 2013 or 2014 that is hundreds of dollars and once he did, he would bring up my weight every single visit and try to get me to buy the program. I have several health issues (auto-immune diseases) and have to visit the doctor a lot. One week I was really sick and was in his office 4 times in 5 days and he brought up my weight and HCG every single time I saw him those 4 days. I know I need to lose about 40lbs. but when I am sick with something acute and need help, I don't give a darn right then about my weight! Just help me get better! He even asked me if money wasn't an object would I want to… do the program. I said it doesn't really matter then does it? I had to see other doctors to get my diagnoses for my auto immune diseases because he treated me like a hypochondriac. If you have a condition that he isn't familiar with, like my celiac disease, he doesn't take the time to learn about the condition so he can better take care of you. He will just stumble along. You will probably learn more about it yourself. Probably because he doesn't have time to keep up with new things because he's booked too full. I saw him for six years and finally got tried of spending hours in his office every time and especially his attitude about my conditions. He's money hungry and scheduled too full to really take care of his patients.

What an awesome doctor & what an amazing place! I have never been to a doctors office before that is as professional, nice, friendly, & caring as this one, and have never met a doctor like Dr. Kaveh or staff as amazing as the ones here. They all genuinely care about their patients & do everything they can to make sure that you're taken care of, all your needs have been met, your seen in a timely manner, & all your questions & concerns have been addressed. They take "Primary Care" to a whole new level. I mean when you search the terms "Quality Care", a picture of this place should pop up as the definition. Dr. Kaveh is an awesome doctor & an all around great guy, & he will do everything that he can to make sure that your taken care of & that all your questions/concerns/needs have been met. He doesn't just rush out of the room or on to the next patient like most guys do. He even took the time during my visit to get to know me personally & made me feel like more of a friend than a… patient. His assistant Ally is super sweet, very professional, & does a great job at making sure your taken care of & all your questions have been answered. The front office staff is super kind & very professional as well, & did a great job getting me in to be seen super fast & without any hassle or stress! So if your looking for a primary care doctor & an office that will make you feel like friends/family, & do everything they care to take great care of you then this is the place for you!

Dr. Kaveh is a fabulous doctor. He takes time with each patient (which is why he sometimes runs late), but I would rather have him listen than be prompt. Nothing but the highest praise for him.
