A Year and Four Months Later: My Fight for Justice It has been one year and four months since Dr. Evalappan Victimized me during an in-person visit. Since then, I have taken every step to seek justice and protect others from the same fate. I reported him to local law enforcement, the medical board, and the Attorney General. I have spoken with two investigators assigned to my case, and have interacted with advocates who, unfortunately, offered little support. Yet, despite all my efforts, I am still fighting to remove Dr. Evalappan from our community—and I will not stop. Our safety in the medical field is paramount. We trust these professionals with our well-being, and when they betray that trust, it must be met with accountability. Dr. Evalappan is a predator, and he does not belong in the medical field. I urge everyone to be aware and stay far away from this individual. I will continue to fight until he is permanently removed from practicing medicine, not only in this country but… anywhere in the world. He should not have a medical license, period. This experience has caused me immense emotional distress—depression, panic attacks, and paranoia. I have sought psychiatric help and attend therapy regularly to cope with the trauma and betrayal. Dr. Evalappan’s actions were not just unprofessional—they were predatory. He victimized me, and I will not let him continue to harm others. I share my story not for sympathy, but for awareness. No one should have to endure what I went through, and no one else should be victimized by him. I will continue to speak out, and I hope my voice encourages others to do the same. Please, if you have any similar experiences or concerns, come forward. We are stronger together.

Stay far away from this doctor. He gets patients confused and will write you the wrong prescription. His office doesn’t understand how the authorization process works and they never answer the phones.
