Dr. Sathiyendran Poobalasingham, MD

Most of the staff at this facility are friendly and efficient, however, Dr. Sath's medical assistant is disrespectful. Because I have to deal with her every time there is a contact to or from the office, I find myself getting stressed just thinking about having to contact her. This is not the way I want to feel when I have to deal with my failing kidneys and life and death issues. Another problem is that Dr. Sath is slow to follow up on the results of my bloodwork. I don't feel like a priority. So, I might get an "urgent" call to change something about my medications a few weeks after having had my blood test.

While Dr. Poobalasingham seems to be a good doctor, his office staff members are not pleasant or helpful. They continually delay questions or simply don't answer or return voicemails. If how you are treated is important, this office is not where you want to be.
