Dr. Sathya Pelleti Reddy, MD

I worked with Dr. Reddy and found her dismissive, non communicative and lacking in empathy when dealing with my mother. When my mother was hospitalized and died in hospital there was no prior care contact, consultation or follow up by her. When I went to consult with her after my mother's death to inquire about the lack of her consulting in the treatment in my mother's case, she was dismissive and more concerned about having witnesses for a possible malpractice or legal action against her. At no time did she explain her lack of care or consultation with regard to my mother's case as her primary doctor.

I manage my mother's care and Dr. Reddy helps with the process of my understanding along with taking the time to try and make my mother understand. Having a parent with memory loss is hard enough, but when you have a doctor who tries to make sure everyone is understanding what is happening really makes a difference. My Mom won't rememeber what Dr. Reddy states in the office after we leave, but she still tries to calm her while in the office.

She was a Doctor for both my wife and I. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is an excellent Dr. who I would recommend to anyone. Her staff is the best. Definitely a five star.
