My husband stubbornly kept going to the "doctor". He just got sicker & sicker. His diabetes was out of control. No information on controlling diabetes was ever given to him. Finally I fired Dr. Useless & hired a fantastic & perfect doctor for him. His A1C was 10.5! Dr. Wonderful helped get his down to 6.4 within a year. His Arora's wife is a B.... and the office is a disgusting dump.

This is the worst Dr in the world. My mom in. Hospital10,days. She said she is dying. And. I still don't know what iswron!,go back k to your old country Uh

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible. My father was becoming sicker and sicker with this doctor. He had him on all wrong medications that were causing horrible side effects including blackening of his feet. He made him take insulin when all he needed was a higher dose of medicine. He doesn't do physicals, in fact you won't even sit on a bed just in a chair. His current doctor did more for him in one visit then Aurora did in 3 years. Beware!

Dr. Arora has provided exceptional care to my family. His personable and approachable manner is very refreshing in this day and age! It is evident that he is very experienced and cares about his patients. The staff is friendly and as accommodating as possible.

This is by far one of the worst doctor and staff I have dealt with.cranky office. Sullen Dr.seems to care nothing about you. I actually feel like I am bothering him. But they ALWAYS take your money first thing. Cash only...all very weird.I have never walked out with a receipt or a explanation of what I was charged for....beware

Has patients return for unnecessary visits to charge insurance, with the excuse that they must come in every 3 months in order to have prescriptions filled. (even with long term medications) Does not print out treatment summary, per meaningful use guidelines, instead has patients read it off of a computer screen. Takes advantage of the elderly, requiring frequent follow ups, and additional testing, when they are no longer in a position to stand up for themselves, ask questions, and say no. Does not like to be questioned by patients or families.

Really awful place run by nasty people with bad attitudes. Most patients are seeing him every 2 months. His reason: older people get sick more. Unless he is giving a battery of tests, just a quick chit chat won't find problems brewing. The wait times are ridiculously long, in a run down cramped waiting room.

One of the worst doctors office I have ever come accross in my life. I had a sever knee pain , made an appt with this doctor and went there on they just rejected me because I had a HDHP plan asking me to look for another physician, it was so humiliating. WORST CUSTOMER SERIVCE ESP HIS WIFE WHO RUNS THE OFFICE. WILL NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HIM.

never calls back pharmacy or gets back to fax,left me without a prescription for high blood pressure for over 6 weeks,will be looking for a new Dr.for sure. Being Unprofessional is a understatement,and his wife running his office is even worse.i will never go back!!!

i would never go to this dr. again. the office receptionist is the most rude woman who only wants your info. compassion is rated as zero. the dr. will rush you and looks around the room when you are telling him your problem, but by far the worst, is the receptionist!. i think she is the wife, and if so, she should have stayed home.
