We Care for patients with acute and chronic pain with emphasis on Spine pain. All our physicians are board certified in Pain Management and well versed with Interventional pain diagnostic and therapeutic procedures utilising Fluoroscopy. We perform Cervical,Thoracic & Lumbar Discograms,Diagnostic Medial Branch, Selective spinal nerve blocks. In addition to epidural steroid injections, we perform Radiofrequency Neurotomy and minimally invasive disc decompression surgery.

I found Dr. Desari to be focused on my care,and how best to relieve me of pain that I have suffered with for years. Not only did he do that, but he did it with a warm smile and was at all times professional. He is a doctor dedicated to his craft and to the human condition. His staff were all pleasant, dedicated and at all times were focused on assisting me the best way that they could, and always with a smile. I highly recommend Dr. Desari and his staff should you need pain care.

Doctor was rude and abrupt. Made me feel stupid for asking questions and also made me feel like I was making up my symptoms. I would not recommend him.
