Dr. Satish K Reddy, MD

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. I went in for a flu cough that had been improving but wanted to make sure there were no underlying issues. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me, provided no meaningful advice, and didn’t prescribe any useful medication other than useless inhaler. Despite the extremely brief and unhelpful visit, I was charged $400, with my insurance covering only a very small portion. Before the appointment, I even called the office to confirm insurance coverage, but after the visit, I was told that they couldn’t guarantee how much the insurance would actually cover. The lack of transparency in billing and the poor quality of care made this a completely unjustified expense. If you are looking for a doctor who provides thorough and valuable medical care, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Very unpleasant demeanor- he needs to learn some basic communication skills. Will not be returning to the 14th street CityMD because of him. Everyone else was wonderful.

He was very helpful in addressing my concerns. He made a quick diagnosis and reviewed all the signs I should look for just in case it worsened.

I just came from CITY MD on 138 Fulton St, NY and was unfortunate to be seen by this wicked DR Satish Reddy! He was beyond rude and refused to listen to my concerns. Had a very nasty attitude huffing and puffing to then state he no longer wants to hear me and walked out the exam room. I have never seen anything like this. He did all of this in front of the assistant who she herself was in shock. This man should not be affiliated with any clinics or hospitals. He has horrible communication skills and no class!!!

Unprofessional medical professional -- belligerent and petulant in patient communication as well as care administration. Definitely a healthcare provider to avoid.

The worst doctor possibly in NYC. When going to Dr Reddy with stomach pain he chose to respond with condescending remarks about the different anatomy of the stomach when I brought up what it could be. Instead of helping he stayed completely pompous exhibiting completely unprofessional behavior and altogether refused to help. Would recommend that nobody goes to him as he is not only incapable but rude.

Dr. Reddy was extremely helpful fro my daughter when she had tremendous anxiety with SAT testing. We really appreciate his kind assistance.
