Dr. Satish Kumar Sharma, MD

This Dr deals with me as if he is reading from a script. Very robotic and bored with me. I swear he rolled his eyes at least three times. My first visit May indeed be my last. I'm in the surgery center lobby waiting for my injection from him now. He scheduled my arrival for 10:45....it is now 1:40pm and I am still in the lobby waiting with twenty other people waiting for him as well!? I asked the others who they were waiting for and sure enough... sharma! Trust me, go somewhere else!!!

Avoid at all costs. I'm so angry I'm shaking (and in tears). Dr. Satish Sharma doesn't just have TERRIBLE bedside manners, he truly does not care about his patients. Besides the 1-hour wait, the office is positively frigid - like shivering, can't-feel-your-toes cold. If you mention it, he shrugs and says it feels fine to him. He asks you questions, then interrupts your answer. On the off chance that you are actually able to blurt out most of the answer before he cuts you off, he says, "That doesn't matter." He must have told me what I had to say didn't matter at least a dozen times. He saw on my chart that at one time I had been on a specific pain reliever after a surgery. He asked why I was not taking it now. I told him it did not work for me. It did not relieve my pain. I stopped taking it, and won't take it again for obvious reasons. Most of my symptoms are quite visible. He said these didn't matter. He wrote me two prescriptions and a referral for an extremely… expensive test. He said he specifically chose the prescriptions based on my insurance. We go to the pharmacy. One prescription is indeed not covered by my insurance, and far too expensive for me to gamble on. The other prescription is - you guessed it - the one I literally JUST told him didn't work on me. We have now wasted 4 hours of the day on a very expensive wild goose chase. I called the office to let them know that both prescriptions were useless to me. Their answer? Go back to the pharmacy, get the prescriptions, bring them to his office and M-A-Y-B-E he would try something different. The receptionist was nice, but she said she couldn't make any guarantees. I told her to let him know that he completely demolished any trust this new patient could give him. He showed he wasn't interested in me as a patient or even as a fellow human. REMEMBER, THIS IS A PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR - this is literally his focus, his sole practice, the name of his clinic. This means he has only two jobs: 1. Listen to patients 2. Alleviate their pain He failed 100% at both - and not only am I still in chronic pain, but I get to pay for all that wasted time.

Rude and made me feel uncomfortable with my question.. Made me feel stupid and told me it doesn't make sense with my pain

To Dr. Sharma, I wanted to let you know how nice and pleasing and professional the women are at your Rancho location. Also, Terry is a pleasure to discuss my back problems with and all of them should be commended for their dispositions and professionalism.

I went to this office a few times. The dr is very rude, doesn’t want to write you pain meds half of the time and the other other half just makes you feel terrible and try’s to rush you out.

This doctor is curt, doesn't get to know his patients, has poor communication skills, and embarrasses patients in front of others. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone.

Please talk to really showed he cared and took the extra time to give the right examination for the right result to find the true source of your pain he was awesome

I don't always receive a warm hello there from most of the from desk. That being said, the only one that goes out of her way to help the patient's is Angie. She's just through hoops to help with any question, something comes up and I can't make my appt. she'll squeeze me in anywhere she can. She makes you feel special.

Dr. Sharma did a procedure on me called Nerve Block. He has taken 100% of my pain and dropped it to 50% and still healing. I have told my cousins about this procedure and they are looking into it for them. Thank you Dr. Sharma. you have made a huge difference in my life style. Can now pick up my 15 month old grand daughter and hold her. What a difference it is.

He is arrogant and ignorant! His staff openly talks about the past patients and laughs at their hardships! He is also egotistical and flaunts his power over your pain!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!!!!!!!
