When I first sought out Dr. Pressner, I already had had 4 lifetime root canals and 3 crowns. When faced with a potential 5th root canal and 4th crown to repair a cracked tooth, I thought, “Surely modern dentistry must be able to offer me an alternative to this!” Well - yes it does, and that alternative is called Biomimetic Dentistry. Then I found Dr. Saul Pressner, a leading proponent and practitioner of this advanced, tooth-preserving form of dentistry (in addition to his general dental practice). Dr. Pressner is a highly caring, competent and dynamic dentist. In the course of 70 minutes (1 visit), he completely restored 3 adjacent problem teeth for me: a badly shattered tooth, a cracked tooth, and a tooth cavity between teeth. Not only am I stunned at the exceptional restoration results, but I also did not experience “sticker shock” at the cost of these boutique services - the bill was totally reasonable and a fraction of the cost of a root canal and crown. I am moving to the… Phoenix, AZ area but will come back for Dr. Pressner’s extraordinary biomimetic tooth-conserving services, should the need ever again arise.
