Dr. Saureen Shah
Though I was raised in Binghamton, New York, I was born close-by in York, Pennsylvania.
I attended college in my hometown at Binghamton University (SUNY), where I received my Bachelor of Science in biochemistry.
Afterwards, I attended University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, and received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003. While in school, I participated in many activities. I was a teacher’s assistant in restorative dentistry, active in the student government, and member of the Alpha Omega dental fraternity. I also completed a minor in temporomandibular joint disorders.
Upon graduation from dental school, I began a residency at St. Joseph’s Health Science Center in Syracuse, New York. I provided comprehensive dental care in a hospital setting. I was fortunate to be able to work with excellent dentists in all areas of dentistry, and gained much experience.
I moved down to the Baltimore area in 2004. I joined very soon with Dr. Leary and we became …partners in 2011. I love everything the area has to offer. My wife Kathy is a pharmacist in the city of Baltimore, and we have one child. I enjoy all sorts of activities, including riding my motorcycle, spending time with the family and friends, and of course watching the Ravens win!
