They told me that I could come telling them what I am experiencing, but unfortunately I drove and hour away and they said that they could not take me. They finally let me in after talking, but they should have told me ahead of time if they could not see me. Bad communication skills

Lack of care. Accused me of wanting a narcotic cough medicine when I’m allergic to codeine! I get hives! I was looking for direction of what to do because the other 2 cough medicine had interactions with a medication I’m on daily so she dropped me after 10+ years! When I need a doctor during this pandemic it’s pretty pathetic to assume I want a narcotic medicine and I’m allergic to it! Thanks doctor for even looking at my chart! I can’t come in the office because I’m in quarantine for 14 day’s! I haven’t been happy the past few times because she spends 2 minutes and doesn’t address your concerns! I don’t recommend at all

I was dropped as a patient because I needed a cough medicine due to covid-19. I’m under lockdown and was told to call my pcp for cough meds which she did call them in but wasn’t working so I had called back and she prescribed an over the counter medication that I r already tried and didn’t work . Then accused me of wanting a cough med with codeine and I’m allergic to codeine you’d think my doctor of 10+ years would be aware of it and how insulting assuming I wanted a narcotic medication when I’m allergic to it and get hives! She’s not been good the last few times I’ve been there . I had walking pneumonia, went to see her and she didn’t even listen to my chest or lungs! I had to go to the ER. Lack of care! So now I have to find a new pcp while I’m on lockdown awaiting results of covid-19! Not a great doctor to do so when I’m in need of a doctor looking for direction of what to do for a cough! Then the one she prescribed had an interaction with my other daily medication .

Dr. Saw Oo is a compassionate doctor that is most willing to help her patients.

Do not go to this doctor! She has no idea what she is doing. My sister went to her with symptoms that she thoroughly described to the docotr. Dr. Oo told her to come back in six months. We talked my sister into going to a specialist and she waS diagnosed with stage 1 uterine cancer! If she had followed Dr Oo's advice, she could have died. Also, my sister could not have an important test because the water pills Dr. Oo had been providing her made her too dehydrated. She never monitored the pills effects and whether or not they were causing kidney issues; not even when my sister complained about urination problems.Also, Dr. Oo informed my mother that she would need to be on predisone for the rest of her life, when the cardiologist wanted her off the medication completely!Do not trust that you or your loved ones will get the proper care with this MD.
