Dr. Sawsan S Najmey, MD

Dr. Najmey has been treating me successfully for a very long time. She has the ability to diagnose and treat many different issues. Most recently I was having a health issue that no other Doctor could diagnose. I spoke to Dr. Najmey about it and she referred me to a specialist who agreed with her diagnosis and I am in the process of being treated. She is by far the best Rheumatologist and all of my family members and friends use her. Her staff is always knowledgeable and helpful as well.

The worst office staff! Never even got in tho see doctor after waiting 6 weeks for appointment! Donna the office manger should have been ashamed of herself!

My appointment was 9:30 y got there at 9:10 because they ask you to get there earlier and I saw dr after 10:45 horrible waiting!

Dr prescribed a very expensive rx which I purchased from the special pharmacy. When it came in , I went to office where I thought she would inject me as before . I was told it was a self inject once a day . WHAT?? I don’t do that !! I cant inject myself every day ! I’m terrified . She says I told you . I said you did NOT I would never have agreed to inject myself every day ! Liar

Horrible!!! Rude and didn't tell me the right information, I've left that office, we need real Doctor's, the ones who stand by their oath and have compassion for their patients and she did not at all!!!

This doctor told me that the errors made on the prescription that was called into my pharmacy , was my fault because I didn't check it first. When I said it was her office that made the error she actually said "so what". Then told me it was my responsibility to make sure it was correct!!!!

Waited almost 2 hours. I was hungry and thursty. I asked "Does she always show such lack of respect for her patients". Her aide said "This is the way she flies". So without breakfast and lunch, with my water bottle in the car......I flew.

She is rude, curt and lacks empathy.

The office staff is fairly knowledgeable, boarderline curtious, and the wait time is rediculous. I wait for at least 1.5 hours for a 9:30 am appt. The staff has been rude on the telephone and has even hung up on me. The doctor is knowledgeable, but I feel my time is just as valuable.
