I have been a patient of Dr Osama for over 15 years. I have nothing but the utmost respect for him and his colleagues.the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm so glad that I have this whole team on my side!!!

Doctor Osama Has Never HAD A Staff That should be allowed to work in a Doctors Office. When Doctor Osama left Dr. S's practice, I went with him. This review is NOT against him. His Staffs Are Terrible! Trying to get refills is a joke. Staff is uncaring and never is the same. Very unprofessional and need training in patient care. McLaren buys a practice tries to clean up problems, does so for awhile. Then back to Staff that just DOES NOT CARE. Clock watchers and Can't wait for time to go home.
