Excellent Dr and excellent receptionist

Saw Dr. Fan because Dr. Chen was late arriving (we had an 11 a.m appt, he showed up at 11:30 and had two patients ahead of us) and we would have waited 2+ hours. The visit was for a concussion. Dr. Fan wanted to do no tests until he asked if my child had ever had an MRI and EEG when diagnosed w/ADD at age 7. When I said "no", he suggested having them done so he could see what was going on in there. Staff was less than friendly and professional. Stood at the window 10 minutes upon arrival while the one woman shuffled papers and the other was having a conversation with someone in the office. Then waited another 10 minutes to turn in completed forms. Sad, this used to be a good office, had used them before.

I have been seeing Dr Fan for many years now, and I can honestly say that he is by far the best Dr. I have seen. He is both caring and compassionate. After being sent for bloodwork, he always calls to tell me the outcome of the test, even when there is nothing out of the ordinary to report. I would highly recommend this Dr. to anyone suffering from any type of neurological problem.
