Dr. Scot Cameron Graham, MD

Offered me "diagnostic lap" surgery WITHOUT giving me an exam! Used notes from another OBGYN, I went to him for a second opinion for ongoing pelvic pain. He basically told me "its all in your head" as he left the room. I was in excruciating pain following a partial hysterectomy from another OBGYN for endometriosis. I sought help at Johns Hopkins, on a one hour consult I found out I had peripheral nerve damage from the hysterectomy. I had the ilioinguinal, iliohypogastric and genitofemoral nerves blocked and had relief. ANY physician who offers a "diagnostic lap" because he doesn't know what is wrong in my mind shouldn't be operating! Stick to delivering babies Dr. Graham!

I wish all my doctors were as knowledgeable, straight-forward, and compassionate as Dr. Graham.

What kind of ob-gyn says 'That's not going to tell me anything' when you ask for a blood test after your pregnancy is confirmed? He didn't send me for blood work and now my baby is gone. A blood test would have told whether or not I needed progesterone shots to sustain my pregnancy. I should have insisted on the bloodwork but someetimes you just put blind faith in doctors. I was a patient of Dr. Graham's for more than 4 years; he is rude and dismissive and I would not recommend him at all, not even to bandage a paper cut. I'm moving on and trying to conceive again with another ob-gyn group who have nothing but kindness and compassion for me.

Dr Graham put me at ease during my pregnancy(even though he wasn't my primary caregiver). He was on call the day I delivered my second baby (my son came very fast), but Dr Graham helped it all go smoothly. I felt like I was in good hands. He is very knowlegeable and has great bedside manner. I never thought I'd be ok seeing a male obgyn, but even after my female primary caregiver left the practice, I have stayed with Dr Graham. I highly recommend him.
