had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this “Dr.”. From the outset, it was clear that their medical knowledge was lacking, as they seemed unable to answer basic questions about my condition. Even worse, they were dismissive of my concerns, brushing them off without offering any explanation or reassurance. Dr. exhibited an arrogant attitude throughout the consultation, making me feel as though my health issues were insignificant. Their refusal to listen or engage in a meaningful conversation about my symptoms left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Overall, I would strongly advise seeking care from a more knowledgeable and empathetic professional.

I recently visited Scott Andrew for an urgent issue involving a red eye, expecting thorough care and attention. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Rather than asking questions to understand the symptoms or providing any form of treatment, the only advice I received was to visit an optometrist. He said that ophthalmologist will take too long. There was no attempt to explore the issue further or offer any medical guidance. I found the interaction dismissive and unhelpful. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, which is particularly troubling when dealing with a potentially serious condition. The lack of engagement and the abrupt manner in which the situation was handled left me feeling frustrated and unheard. While I understand that not every physician is a specialist in every field, I believe there was an opportunity for to offer more guidance or refer me to the appropriate care. I hope that this feedback encourages a more considerate approach in the… future.

Had surgery for mcl tear in early Feb. 6 weeks later and 4 follow ups my knee hurts more than ever. Dr keeps telling me it " looks fine" , pain says it is not. Now waiting for call back from my call to him Monday, 36 hours later and no response. Time to find a new doctor.

Dr Andrews is thorough, professional and caring. The best pcp my wife and I have ever had in our 70 years of life.

Compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and professional. I won't go to any other doctor. They just don't make them like this anymore.

I was a little nervous after reading some of the other reviews, but all I can say is this is without a doubt one of the best doctors I've seen in all of my 57 years. He listened, was attentive to my questions and concerns, addressed my problems with empathy, professionalism, and made me feel confident in his care. I'm so happy to find a doctor who is knowledgeable without being pushy and pedantic. I wish hugs were still allowed in this cold and overly cautious and litigious world because I really wanted to give him a hug just for understanding and for treating me like a human being and not a $$$. Virtual hug to Dr. Andrews!!!

Much more interested in quantity of patients, than quality of service. Often rude, brusque, curt, distracted during examinations. Always more focused on typing notes into his laptop than in making eye contact with you, or listening. For all the notes he typed, though, he never seemed to know much about me. I was very disappointed, and am much happier with my new doctor.
