My first experience with this office was exemplary - got in, got out excellent staff and doctor. My followup appointment was excellent as well at that time I would have rated my experience 5 + stars. Almost a year later was I am experiencing a flair up of my condition so I called in for an appointment to see Dr. Bangert but there wasn't one available for 3 months after I called... so after the 3 months pasted, when it came time for my appointment my work situation had changed and wasn't able to keep that appointment time. So when the office called me to confirm the time the week before, I needed to and reschedule my time... I was told that there was nothing available for another 2 months. So, I have concluded that this office is too busy and has no time for repeat patients. It is obvious to me that this office doesn't want my business or my Money! Time to go elsewhere.

Dr. Scott Bangert is a competent dermatologist who interacts positively with a patient. He explains what he he does, answers questions, and carries out procedures carefully.

This man spent 3-5 minutes with me. I asked him to review some boils and to give me a whole body check for cancer. He looked at my body for about 30 seconds and had me twirl. He didn't look at my hair, my ears, my toes, my front of body below neck, nothing. I asked him to remove a cyst. Said not for 2 months. He gave me anti bacterial prescription for boils I found out I could get over the counter at pharmacy. He received approximately $600 from my insurance for less than 3 minutes. No warmth, no caringness if my body contained cancer or not. I will not return..
