I have called 40 times today to try and refill my prescription that the doctor has to call in himself. Can’t get an answer. I tried 20 times yesterday. Very frustrated.

I'm 35 and have struggled with ADHD in adults for many years I have also gone through ups and downs with different medications so on and so forth meeting doctor Barclay has tremendously changed my life for the better he has helped get me on the medication that I need to be on in order to focus and maintain normal life activities because of doctor Barclays help I am now able to do certain things that I have been unable to do for many years he is the best I've ever been to and I love him so much for that thank you Doctor Barclay

I suffer from a disability. Thanks to Dr. Barclay, I can live a normal life for the first time in my life. I am fortunate to have a doctor that listens to me. Not everyone has that anymore. He has taken care of my family for the last 7 years, and I wouldn't recommend another general practitioner in the area.

Anytime you need to call the office for anything what-so-ever the hold time before anyone ever answers is over 30 minutes. I simply called for a fax # and was on the phone waiting 37 minutes.

He is a nice doctor, however it feels as though he is judging you when speaking with you. He wants perfection out of his patients.

He is very compassionate and knowledgeable but will be the first to say he doesn't know what something is and refer you to a specialist. My kids & I have been seeing him for about 4 years now. There used to be a long wait in the waiting room but for a while now I have noticed that hasn't been an issue anymore

I was taken by ambulance in agony pain and was given a muscle relaxer and pain meds. I was required to make an appt. with Dr. Barclay but no matter how many times I call, I am never able to get a person on the phone and there is no way to leave a message as they have the system set up to not leave messages. Ridiculous! How does this guy do business if one cannot call him to make an appointment?
