Dr. Scott David Becker, MD

Dr. Becker has been my and my husband’s doctor for many years and we both have had many procedures completed by him; all with excellent results. He is truly the definition of professionalism and is always up to date on the latest advances in his field of specialization as well as in all aspects of an M.D. We believe that if one is in need of his services that you will also agree with our observations and be completely satisfied and glad you chose him.

Dr. Becker is an excellent doctor! He took his time to explain everything very well with me and made sure I was extremely comfortable and I was in great hands! I trust him so well I will definitely be keeping him as my doctor from here on forward! I recommend Dr. Becker to anyone that needs that devoted care! He's the one you need. He will take his time for all your questions and give you the answers you are searching for! You won't regret it!

I've been using Dr. Becker for several years as my G.I. Specialist. I've had really good results with all the issues I've seen Dr. Becker for. He's an exceptionally knowledgeable Doctor who is an expert in his field. It's nice to deal with someone who you can be sure knows what they're doing. Austin Gastro is a great practice, all the staff have been really helpful too. I highly recommend this doctor and his practice.

Everyone has off days, but Dr. Becker is all around a great Dr. Thank you Dr. Becker for all your help!!

This doctor is a pompus jerk. He treated my family friends like trash. He only wanted to talk about how educated he was and how he hated Trump. They never even broached the subject of politics and it made them feel uncomfortable. He didn't really address their condition or why they were there. They felt insulted and it was a waste of time.

Today I saw dr Scott Becker for the first time. I’m blessed to have him as a physician. He was kind, patient, friendly, didn’t rush me, respectful, and courteous. Thanks also to the kind staff. I’m very grateful to have seen Dr Becker. Thankyou so much.

I saw Dr. Becker 7 years ago when I was very ill. I had seen two other Gastro specialists who had not resolved my problems. I had even traveled to Baltimore seeking help from a gastroenterologist with no resolution to my problem When I saw Dr. Becker he wrote me a prescription and said ' this will help you and it is the inky thing that will help". He was right. It resolved my issues immediately. Dr. Becker and his nurse Carol adressmyissues and return my calls as soon as possible when I face digestives issues.

Went in already diagnosed with Crohn's disease by the VA because I was trying to use my insurance instead of the VA. He spent a whole 2 minutes with me after I had a copy of all of my VA Crohn's treatment records sent to his office. He never even looked at them and decided to prescribe Asacol instead of Pentesa which is what I had been taking. Asacol is for the colon, whereas Pentesa is for the intestines. I don't have colitis as my Crohn's affects my gut. I ended up going back to the VA where I was told the maintenance drug he prescribed was the wrong one and within the year I needed to have a bowel resection.
