The surgery I had was to remove a lump in my breast. He missed it. It took three weeks to get an appointment to see him. I was charged for the second surgery that actually removed the lump. I had local anesthetic so I could make sure it was removed.

Words alone cannot express the care and expertise provided by Dr. Bedwell during my emergency hernia surgery and then again for an extremely rare condition I had that has so little literature available for any doctor to consult that he had to really do some mental gymnastics to come up with a plan of attack. (When you are only one of about 200 cases EVER reported anywhere worldwide, you are a definite challenge for any doctor.) Dr. Bedwell not only nailed the diagnosis and performed my surgery with consummate skill, but also totally "thought outside the box" on how to repair my pyloric valve that was probably not even remotely textbook, but is so much better than a total bowel resection. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to really research what was best for me, not just what is usual and customary. He is an awesome surgeon and has a great bedside manner that puts you at ease the moment you meet him. I cannot say enough about him. He is the real deal.

Dr. Bedwell was amazing he did emergency Hernia surgery on my 80 year old Mother and she came though it in great shape. He was so funny and sweet it was a real breath of fresh air having him as the surgeon to do this operation. He went over everything in detail and was just great.
