Dr. Scott Anthony Benton, MD

In 2001 he worked for Children's Hospital in New Orleans and falsely diagnosed abuse against a loved one who took in an adopted child who had been previously abused by the mother and stepfather. He fell from a bunk bed when she was in a different area of the home and he passed several days later. The "doctor" cost her 5 years of her life when she did nothing wrong. Read and definitely take the advice of the other reviews if you don't want your life ruined.

This man depends on govt funds to keep practicing, to get them he needs to find abuse in every case he gets. He diagnoses abuse in children he never examines. He had his staff take pictures of a toddlers' genitals by force, holding the child down screaming and crying, traumatizing her for life.He and His staff found the abuse claim to be unfounded. Where are those pictures? We can't sue him because these Drs are protected by law. Perhaps the child will sue when she's older.

Beware of this "doctor." He will lie on you even if you can prove him wrong. He is rude and unprofessional. He enjoys ripping families apart and gets a sick thrill from it. Never talk to him without a lawyer present. He is not there to help you. Don't believe anything he says

Will make you lose respect for doctors. Caused so much pain and heart break for my family.

He will accuse you of false accusations, and rip your family apart, for his own satisfaction.
