I never write reviews but if you are a woman i would highly suggest seeing a medical professional that won't dismiss you and will range you seriously, especially if you life depends on it. If I could give zero stars I would. I came into the er because I woke up unable to use my legs, vision changes, had dizziness and weakness along with full body tremors. Which I have never had before i am typically really healthy and physically strong. This man looked me dead in my face and told me I was having a panic attack. I told him I was not and he said "well you look like you're freaking out how can you be sure" I was not freaking out at all, especially considering my legs weren't working and had to be wheelchaired in. I calmly told him I have had panic attacks before and have never nor would ever come to the er for one, I manage them at home, I know they pass. I also told him panic attacks don't make my vision go black or complete loss of motor function. He completely dismissed me, wrote… nonsense in my chart said it was a migrane and did not help at all. 3 years later I have autoimmune diseases from long covid that all started that night. It has completely changed my life and the quality of it. He dismissed me as a "hysterical woman" which i have never been. I'm extremely logical and I understand how my body works. He has no idea the impact he made on me that night when I truly needed a medical professional to help me. Thankfully I have a solid team of doctors now and i am improving very slowly but surely in these last 3 years. I went to another emergency room that night and they ran tests and helped me immediately on everything he chose to miss. I will never forget how small and unimportant he made me feel. I was genuinely worried about my life and he told me to go home it's a panic attack or migraine. I'm glad I did not listen to him.
