Use to be a good Doctor, will not answer my calls

My 61 year old sister was in Rosewood Rehab after suffering a stroke. She developed a deep cough and was listless, unable to sit unassisted. She became disoriented and fell. An x-ray revealed pneumonia, her condition deteriorated to the point she needed to be transferred to the hospital. Dr. Bowlin refused to come in and evaluate her, refused to speak with the family and refused to have her transported. A family member called 911 and after evaluation by the paramedics my sister was transported to the hospital where she was admitted in respiratory failure. If there was a star value in the negative range that would be too good for Dr. Bowlin.

Best physician I have come in contact with. Took care of both my mother and father in a superlative manner. I am so thankful I came in contact with him.

Ordered no food or water for geriatric patient that had no problems swallowing, or any medical diagnosis that would justify the order. Patient went 2 days without food or water before the error was realized. At this point patient was too weak to recover.
