I have been treated by Dr. Burgess for about six months. Every visit has been a very good experience. He is thorough. careful and patient. He has a very good manor when you are in his office. He always takes ample time to talk with you,answer all of your questions and explain everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent urologist.

The consultation was positive but when it was time for surgery, he wasn't there. No call to cancel, nothing. Very frustrating.

Very good surgeon, I had major surgery with little or no pain. Excellent bedside manner. Made me feel at ease and confident in his ability.

Doctor is great when you can get in to see him. His support staff scheduling very poor. Drove an hour for an appointment to a closed office. I was not notified of the closure and will most likely seek out another doctor.

Dr Burgess is one of the best doctors I have EVER had! Caring, concerned, knowledgeable, up to date on recent medical alternatives to surgery. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

Love the doctors, however administrative and nurses not so much. They never call back when they say, when your having problems. You have to keep calling. It's bad when the doctor admits the staff is not great. doctors are wonderful and do a good job!
