Pretty well destroyed my wife with a bad combination of pills. She was hospitalized for 3 weeks, still struggling to get back to normal.

Dr Capen is a GREAT doctor...so easy to talk to and spends all the time you need and want.! GREAT JOB! The staff is terrific too! This is one doctor we LOVE to see!! THANKS!!!

I love my doctor but the staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. No need to go into details, I am sure you can find them elsewhere from many others also, but that will not keep me from seeing someone I really like and trust. Some others within the office should not be employed at their jobs and it continues to amaze me that they still work there year after year.

Dr Capen is a great doctor and does not rush your visit. As a result, there is always a long, long wait to see him. He listens and is kind. I truly wish his staff had the same characteristics. The staff is almost accusatory when answering questions and very little is explained to you. The doctor will tell you what is going to happen and the staff claims ignorance when you call to get an issue resolved. I am disappointed.

Dr. Capen is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Most of the time there is a wait when I go for an appointment, but it is always worth the wait. I know when it is my turn I will get the same time and attention from Dr. Capen he gives all of his patients, so I don't mind the wait. He always explains things so I can understand everything, and there is never a question I shouldn't ask. I can not imagine a better choice for our family.
