Dr. Scott Edward Celin, MD

I felt satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Celin. The staff was friendly and I had very minimal wait time. My appt. was during the COVID-19 outbreak. The waiting room was set up for social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask, including Dr. Celin. He discussed my nose issues and gave me possible options for the outcome of my diagnosis. He took a generous amount of time with me to discuss my issues. I did not feel rushed at all and felt like he listened to my concerns.

I have no idea how he can still keep practicing for this long

I was better off never seeing this "doctor". His damage has made me suffer for over a year now.

I went in for a general exam regarding some issues I was having with my ears. Upon entering his office I had to fill out a long symptom sheet that wasn’t even finished or assessed prior to meeting him. Introducing himself was about the only thing he did right my whole visit. Dr. Celin Asked about what my problems were and before I could even finish he started to exam my ears and scrape my ear drums without giving any type of warning or heads up. He appeared Very impatient and ignorant when it came to dealing with me and my issues. Barely had a chance to explain my symptoms. No concern went into checking any vital spots, nose, or throat. Just the ears. After I finally finished the exam, he screams out to his colleague saying he found something “ weird “ in my ears. This was very unprofessional and worrying. I left the office feeling more worried about my health than when I came there. An absolute laughable experience.

Dr Celin is the best around... He is very concerned as a doctor tells you the truth about the situation. No other doctor will be my ENT but him. LOVE LOVE LOVE him....

In my opinion if you select this group,be warned.If you miss an appointment you will pay, both monetarily as well as mentally. No matter what the reason for your missed appointment, no matter how valid your reason-you will pay. The Billing Department Staff is an absolute abomination, they lack basic human compassion, this is appalling for anyone working in health care. I was told I needed to write a Hardship letter stating the reason for my missed appointment, I wrote THREE letters, I called countless times explaining the situation, all to no avail. With no warning whatsoever, I received a notice from a collection agency. Based on how poorly I was treated I would NEVER recommend this group of physicians to anyone.

The staff here, especially the billing department are appalling. They have a 24 hour cancelation policy, that is STRICKLY enforced. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT have an emergency on the day of your appointment-unless you are hospitalized this is the only reson accepted. They will send you to a collection agency immediatlely, they WILL not listen, they WILL NOT try and help you, they DO NOT CARE. TRULY AWFUL, DISGUSTING PEOPLE.

Could not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Celin - From my first visit regarding my difficulty in breathing through my nose, to my nasal valve collapse diagnosis, to my follow-up after surgery, he has been superb.
