Everytime I need a new prescription renewal it takes 4 - 5 phone calls over a two week period to get the prescription. This really hurts when I need the medication.

Dr. Cherry diagnosed me with MS. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. That's the only positive thing I have to say. His staff choice is horrible. It took forever and multiple calls just to get tests done and medication started. And they NEVER faded over my FMLA paperwork. When I confronted him about it he literally said "everyone has a bad day sometimes, even the front desk" I told him that is negligent and to Google reviews on himself. Don't go here, it's not worth your time or energy.

Intelligent and very caring

The doctor was actually really helpful during the appt and detailed with is questions which i liked but his front office staff was completely unhelpful, never called me back about very important follow up appts. When I call to express my concern I'm told "well I dont know, I dont have your number give me and we will call you back" I was told this different times even after i've provided them with my number and still nothing. It was so disappointing considering how impressed I was with Dr. Cherry himself.

Great, gentle doctor who really listens and examines you. He finally gave me a diagnosis and treatment after seeing a previous neurologist who would never listen or examine me.

The time I spent with Dr. Cherry was not very pleasant! I felt like he did not care about mope or my condition, at all! He has absolutely no bedside manner, at all! I went to see him one time and was so upset with the way I was treated by him I never went back! I found another doctor to take my case and I am so glad I did! He is soooo much nicer than this guy!

Felt that Dr Cherry was very knowledgeable and helpful, but getting RX processed, or any paperwork completed (such as FMLA or ADA paperwork) was a nightmare. Calls were not returned, or if they were, they were calling my home # when I requested that I be called on my cell. return calls never got anywhere. The dr was either out of town, or unavailable, and the secretary always promised that he'd follow up soon as he got back. I dropped paperwork off over a month ago, and am still waiting for it to be looked at/completed.

COMPLETELY HORRIBLE. I would not recommend Dr. Cherry to my worst enemy. I think that he is capable, and I did not feel like he mishandled my condition, however, the grief and utter frustration that I have experienced just in the past four weeks since I first saw Dr. Cherry has been overwhelming. I have to call the office three or four times just to get a return call. His office assistant, Cyndi is the ABSOLUTE WORST. UNFRIENDLY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UTTERLY INCAPABLE of performing simple tasks such as calling in a RX, scheduling an MRI, leaving messages for Dr. Cherry, and RETURNING PHONE CALLS.

The office staff at Dr. Cherry's office is likely the worst I have every encountered in the past thirty years. Extremely unprofessional. Follow-up testing is required to be coordinated with this staff and that is where the nightmare begins. Getting a return phone call from Dr. Cherry can take weeks, even if you call every couple of days. My recommendation is to save yourself a lot of time and misery, see someone else.

It is very easy to schedule an appointment with this this Dr however I would rather wait hours to see any other Neurologist.
