Dr Claiborne was very pleasant, and extracted my tooth quickly with no pain! His assistant, Lori, was also wonderful, & caring. The information given to me with after care instructions was very helpful.

No right to the title of dr. Went 2 hours over the allotted time for surgery, only to have to be re done the next day. Very contradicting of his findings. Told me it takes 8 weeks for bone to heal after it had been 8 weeks. When I returned 6 weeks later for my follow up, I was stopped from removing my jacket and told to just have a seat in the chair as the “dr” would be right in before I even spoke of the complications that remained implicating that it would be a quick visit. He then told me bones took 12wks to heal in an area that “ended up not needing a plate because the bones had already healed properly on their own”. It had been 14... Then proceeded to tell me it was not his fault anyway because it wasn’t a result of the Surgery but of a fight I was in.(It was a fight I was an innocent bystander of and broke up). He Immediately got combative when I requested an X-ray to back his claims due to his record of incompetency and told me he would not give me an x ray “for no good reason”… that my insurance does not pay enough for one and if I wanted one I could pay for it out of pocket. After receiving records of my visits, I found them to be false with no record of my complaints of discomfort and movement in my face until the final visit. I maintained as much patience and respect I could until the final follow up. I am not a spiteful person or I would’ve sued the people who cause the injury but I write this to spare anyone I can from having to deal with this type of treatment. He’s in it for the money, not the people and should not be practicing.
