Very good surgeon and explained things in great detail answering all my questions, making sure I knew what I was up against. He is very business which is exactly what you want and always made me feel it would be okay and what I needed to exactly do. Would recommend highly. He removed an enormous thyroid and I would definitely go to him again. His staff was great and followed up to make sure my progress.

Did a lot of damage to me during surgery. I blame him for many of my current medical problems. Avoid at all costs. Very poor bedside manner. Mean person.

Dr. Croll operated on my mother for colon cancer and did an excellent job!! We anticipated her having a colostomy and after many hours in the operating room and a second opinion by the G.I. doctor in the OR the colostomy was avoided. He was patient with my mother and answered all our questions. We live several hours from Wmspt and he or his office staff returned phone calls in a timely manor.

Very poor bedside manner. Not a nice person. Did a bad job on my surgery. It had to be redone by a better surgeon. It ended up costing me a lot of money, time and pain. I would never ever recommend him to anyone.
