Excellent treatment for skin cancer, very dedicated and caring Doctor

Dr. Dale has great bedside manners. Unfortunately some of his staff does not. I was told by his insurance/ accountant she would check to see if I was covered and let me know. I asked again the day of the surgery and was told by his assistant I was okay because if not, P---- would have told.."she is good at that stuff". Turns out I owe the entire amount for the procedure and the same person who told me she would "let me know" came back with blazing guns telling me, "being covered is not the same as them paying for it". It was a set up and I fell victim. There is more to this and yes I probably signed that piece of paper where I'm liable, but she offered to get with my insurance and let me know. I have had other offices do that and they always came back letting me know what my portion was. Shame on me, but shame shame on her.
