I have seen Dr Debates 2 times and have another visit coming up. I am incredibly lucky to have found him. He is incredibly smart and thorough. As well as very kind and thoughtful. I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend him to my friends and family. He AND his staff are simply the best!

Dr. Debates worked my appointment into his very busy schedule when my Internal Med. MD. Determined that I had what appeared to be a Melanoma. Dr. Debates took a biopsy immediately and even called me personally with the urgent news. He then set up an appointment with an excellent Oncology Surgeon Dr. Dittricks and was able to expedite the removal process. Without Dr. Debates excellent care to give what I thought was a “freckle “ his immediate attention my life could have taken a completely different turn- to him and his compassionate staff I owe my blessings.

If you like to wait months/ yrs for an appointment or reschedule this is the dr. for you! Missed basic skin conditions on more than one person and occasion......don't walk, run away!

Has been treating my family for I believe as long as he has been in practice in Omaha. Is a great, compassionate person, sense of humor, listens and explains things so you understand. Goes above & beyond treatment. My had had cancer on his nose & when he did the surgery he also made the other side of the nose look the same. You could not tell he had surgery on his nose & it was in plain sight.

This is an example of long wait for appointment = great doctor. He's so friendly and personable. His staff is lovely and clearly love working for him. The front desk people are underwhelming but it's clear his nurses are used to apologizing for their behavior. Hands down one of the best physicians I've met - if not the best.

Cannot ever get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. He must always be busy with re-curring patients.

Dr. Debates has a great bedside manor, using humor while remaining professional. He takes great care in weighing all options and considering possible diagnoses. He gives the options to the patient and lets the patient decide what best fits while guiding them at the same time.
