Dr. Duncan explained the options to me very well with a very respected attitude towards his patients.

I went into the outpatient surgery knowing that Dr. Duncan was a trauma doctor as well and traumas depending on severity could trump my surgery time. I was scheduled for 10:30 AM and upon arriving I noticed on the monitor that showed patients and doctors status work wise and he was in a preop for another surgery. Nurse Doreen took me and my fiancé to the pre op waiting room where I changed over into a gown and made myself comfy in a bed with a pillow and she draped another blanket over me. A little after noon Doreen let me know that another trauma victim came in and Dr. Duncan had to take priority on the surgery. Within a short time frame however Dr. Duncan came and personally spoke with me to inform me of the case he was assigned and answer all of the questions I had. Now when I say patient, he answered questions about his history as a surgeon, my concerns with the surgery, even questions about when he exited the surgery and the qualifications of whom would be doing my sutures.… Not wanting to take too much of his time knowing he has more important things to get to I wrapped up my questions thanked him for his time and he was on his way. Forever grateful and thankful for the time and work you spent on my clavicle.

Doesn't care about his patients, only cares about his money

Our son came in as a trauma 1 patient. He was seen by Dr. Duncan. Despite the horrific accident, Dr. Duncan lead my son's surgery with thoughtfulness of his future and a genuine heart that he cares. He made our bad situation a little bit more pleasant by showing his genuine interest in the care, healing and future of our son. Unfortunately, we can not continue care with him due to our location but honestly we felt so at ease with Dr. Duncan, we contemplated driving 3 hrs weekly to continue our care/rehab with him. We love Dr. Duncan for the miraculous job he did on our son's hand and wanted people who are looking for a surgeon to put their trust in him!. It's been 4 weeks now since the surgury and guess who called my son to check on him and his recovery??? you guess it Dr. Duncan!

Spent time discussing my condition. Fortunately I didn't need surgery.
