Dr. Scott Allen Dyer, DO

I have been seeing Dr. Dyer for many years and since they have moved their location to the new hospital it has been terrible!! Claudette is no longer there and you can tell. I never get call backs from the receptionist. I had to wait over 2 months for my vial to be ready. They did not return phone calls, they didn't hAve the proper ingredients for my vial. It has been a total disaster since they moved. The 2 ladies that has been there forever have both left and to me that speaks volumes. They have another girl leaving at the end of the month and another new girl training this week. Dr. Dyer is fantastic but I am not sure what happened when they moved over to the hospital from their location off Western Ave. Once Claudette left you could tell things were falling apart and I could tell there would be trouble. Then, you have the 2 nurses who both leave that had been with him for 8 or 9 years. That was a BIG RED FLAG. When you call and you get people who have no idea what is going on, no… one to answer your quest0ons it becomes a mess. I would recommend Dr. Dyer 100% but until and if this staffing issue is resolved I would not recommend the office. It has been nothing but stressful and inconvenient.

Dr. Dyer is among the best in his field.. He has great bedside manners and he is very knowledgeable about allergies and asthma. He takes the time to explain to you about what you can do to prevent flair ups and what treatment plan is best for you. His staff including Claudette are all very professional and friendly and they are very welcoming and on time. I never have to wait!!! I highly recommend Dr. Dyer to anyone that may suffer from allergies. You shouldn't have to suffer any longer!

Dr. Scott is professional and courteous. He gives you the time and attention you need so you can explain everything to him and his diagnosis is always on-target. I will recommend him to all my friends.
