Dr. Scott David Fell, DO

I understand he is an EM doctor who is not a family physician, however, when I finally got my family member to go see a doctor after YEARS of unwillingness, I walked in thinking finally she would get some help or be sent to a rehab facility. He stood at the foot of the bed and spent two minutes listening to her history. His bedside manner was dismissive. My family member was in chronic pain, malnourished, dehydrated, weak and frequently talks about suicide (which she tried several years ago), but he did not take the time to listen. I observed him treating many of the other patients the same way. Maybe they were “frequent flyers“ and he knew them but he did not LISTEN to what I was telling him about my sister! We are both highly educated with degrees, but every time he walked past her room, he sneered (or so it appeared to us). Now I will never get her to go back to another doctor again. I know he is busy but SHAME ON HIM.
