Dr. Scott Allan Fleischer, MD

I’ve seen Eileen Goldberg for 2 years. I have never had an emergency during that time until 3 weeks ago. I called to let them know I was in a bad emotional place from 5 weeks or sleep deprivation/Insomnia, which triggers my bipolar. I was told she was off for her birthday and only taking emergencies, which to me and my parents it was. The following day they had the NP call, who listened and talked to me BUT forget to send the script to my pharmacy on a Friday, so I couldn’t sleep all weekend. I called again Monday morning to speak to Eileen. She raised her voice, called me the wrong name in frustration then proceeded to tell me she deserves days off too. I understand that but when your MENTAL HEALTH patient has an emergency you are required to help them. The story goes on but my point is DO NOT GO HERE. The Entire staff is careless, dismissive and unhelpful in a time of need.

Dr. Fleischer and his team see my mother. She has received excellent care. Over the years she has needed medication changes and that has gone very well too. The practice has very experienced clinicians. The medical clinicians do some therapy with each medical visit. My mother knows that it is an option to go to one of the psychotherapists in the office if she wants more time to talk over what is causing her anxiousness. My mother is very happy to come to this practice.

He's nothing but a pill pusher, not a doctor. He did little to no psychological counseling for my wife. He was quick to write a prescription for an anti-depressant at a dosage that just about OD'd my wife. He's careless, insensitive fraud.

Dr. Fleischer and his clinicians see both of my parents. Excellent care and I have never had one billing mistake in the past 7 years of their care. They arrive early for each visit and get checked in quickly as requested so they don't miss any of their appointment time. The office staff is consistently friendly and welcoming to my parents.

Excellent care given to both my husband and myself with everyday stresses from dealing with mother's health issues and work / life balance. Dr. Fleischer and Kelly go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and "normal" for asking for help. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs medications or who just may need to talk or a shoulder to lean on. From office manager to front desk staff, you are treated like family from the time you walk in the door to the time that you leave.

Appointments are typically 15 minutes-30 minutes late. Services provided are basically just giving out prescriptions. Little to no support from the actual doctor (oh he was really busy today, so he cant see you as part of your intake appointment). They care about medicating, not offering advice, counsel or therapy. They will also bill you for services not provided and your visits will be duplicative. If you have issues and dispute the charges they will just ignore you and then submit you for debt collection. DO NOT go to this office

Good clinicians, but office has inflexible penalties ($75) for no-shows without 2 days notice + $30 to call in script refills + $25 if patient does not arrive 15 minutes early.

Dr Fleischer is very accurate with his diagnosis. Dr F will with work with a patient to figure what works best for them, not one band aid fits all doctor.

My Mother's condition was very difficult to diagnose and Dr. Fleischer with his years of experience knew exactly what it was. My family is very fortunate to have my Mother's ongoing treatment by him because she is happier and healthier. The people in the office are caring and compassionate, and they went out of their way to assist us.

marci was great and I am being treated for what I need to be treated for. Have not had any issues.
