Dr. Scott Frank

Dr Frank and his team were just spectacular! They took a very significant surgery and made the experience extremely manageable. From the care of the nurses and assistants to them taking the time to explain everything I needed and wanted to know in a very unrushed manner.

This doctor has permanently damaged the patient’s nerve due to his negligence and malpractice without taking any consequences yet. The nerve can not be repaired since no treatment/technology is available to repair the nerve or correct the problem. The patient has to suffer badly for the rest of the life both physically and mentally. The injury from the surgery could have been avoided if Dr. Frank had followed all medical procedures correctly as a surgeon and controlled emotion carefully while performing surgery. So many posts brought up the same issues. The doctor’s office should stop filtering out/deleting negative feedbacks and stop attacking people who gave negative comments. If the practice does not change, it will create more injuries and victims.

Received a phone call last week from a collection agency informing me that my college student daughter had an outstanding balance of $212 for a consultation 3-1/2 years ago. Didn't even remember visiting this place and had to look up old calendars to confirm that we went in for a possible wisdom teeth extraction consultation. I am sure that I provided them with both medical and dental insurance cards as we have both. The collection agency informed me that my daughter's credit has been negatively affected for over 3 years because of this. First of all, the appt was just days after her 18th birthday while she was still in high school. Why would they ever do that to a kid, it's the parents responsibility. Secondly, the appt was for a consultation to remove wisdom teeth, $212 after insurance for a consultation?? Sounds like highway robbery to me. Lastly, there was absolutely no correspondence indicating that there was a past due amount and that it would impact a high schoolers… credit rating...none! What a terrible way to introduce a kid who's due to graduate college within the year to the greedy crooks of the world. I, as her parent, am the one responsible for this payment, not her. I should have been informed of this past due amount, not have it sit out in limbo for over 3 years. They may have severely damaged her credit rating before she even starts her financial journey. Shame on them. Did not get a good vibe from the visit and we ended up finding someone else to get the job down. Bottom line, think twice before you visit this place, it could bite you, or your very young adults, 3+ years later.

Do not let Dr. Frank attempt zygoma implants on you. He does not know the indications or have the surgerical skill. I am a physician and was actually overdosed on ketamine purposely by Dr. Frank. I am making it my ethical duty to warn others...so no one is ever treated as badly by Dr. Scott as I was. My dentist did not know Dr. Frank before and has apologized for what he witnessed Dr. Frank do to me without my consent! Stay away from DR. Frank!

They are all about the money - check all the bbb complaints. Please do not go here. I am 14 months post his 4 on 1 dentures surgery and looking an entire redo because what he did. The “sign consent” on the day for zygoma implants is a scam and DO NOT SIGN IT. Lastly when he cannot sedate you and you tell him to stop he refuses saying “the treatment is not complete”. He uses excessive amounts of ketamine which is like pcp and can cause permanent flashbacks.

Unbelievably expensive and poor surgeon. I don’t believe he has anyone who has formal medical training assisting him with your loved ones vitals or medications during his “procedures” . Trust me I saw what he did to my wife and then lied to my face about the discussion. RUN, RUN AWAY.

We only used this doctor because he was in-network with BCBS. He significantly overcharged the deposit even though they said they had checked our benefits. We even received an additional collections letter for over 2,400!!!! We confirmed with BCBS what our out of pocket would be and its significantly less and they have not reimbursed us. Staff has been rude from the beginning. Its been months since the surgery and its an absolute nightmare. It is a shame they treat customers this way.

Dr Frank was able to remove a stubborn baby tooth and reach an adult tooth that was not growing in. Great job!
