Didn't want to educate my on my rare disorder, had to learn on my own

I have found Dr. Frankel and the staff at the office to be very nice. At times when they are SUPER busy---they are not as chatty perhaps. They a walk-in clinic---so waiting for an appointment is not an issue. Before going to this office ---I had never been to an allergist. I was tired of having sinus infections, bronchittis and asthma issues. He listened to my history and completed tests to help pin point issues. It took a little trial and error with medications---but I have to say that I soooooooo thankful that I do not have the issues that I used to. I am taken seriously (unlike my GP) when I tell them that I have a sinus infection or asthma issues. I do not always get to see Dr. Frankel---and at first that concerned me---but Monica is also great and gets to the bottom of things. I have always been happy with the care I have received.
