really disappointed by my experience; i went to Dr. Froum’s office for help and: - i was charged $350 for something like a 15 minute conversation with Dr. Froum - the appointment started 30 minutes late - i was given a quote that was around double what other periodontists in the area quoted me - the guy running the office insisted these were non-negotiable but then later gave in on a quote that he never followed up with - this was the only office to charge me a consultation fee ($350 for 15 minutes) - they never sent follow ups of measurements and notes taken - i had to directly text an office manager to get notes and the notes i got were completely illegible i tried to directly contact the office for resolution but there was no response so i decided to share my experience here i’ve never left a review like this but i hope others see this and are warier than i was

It's easy to see how much care goes into making this entire experience as seamless as possible because of not only the doctor but his very thoughtful staff. He is the only Periodontist I will ever see or call again.

Dr. Scott is the best periodontist/dentist you can hope to find.

Dr. Froum saw my condition and new what to do. Dr. Froum set a action of plan and explained the whole procedure. I would recommend Dr. Froum very highly to any one in need. Dr. Froum is a true professional.
