No longer optimistic about getting better. They’re always overbooked and overcrowded, never on time usually at least an hour late but they always have a different excuse. Treatments I was told we need to trust the process and ignored my complaints. The complaints never got better. The process didn’t work, not impressed. They are really good about billing insurance. You might not get better, but they will definitely get paid.

Dr. Fuji is always very kind and helpful when I see him. He answers all questions that I have and offers advice to help me. I’ve been to him for a couple of different injuries, and he helped both times. You can’t beat that. He’s also got a great sense of humor. I like doctors that do.

He is very nice and down to earth. I appreciated his honesty, recommendations and professionalism.

Doctor Fujii and his staff are very knowledgeable, informative and very professional and friendly people who are always willing to help you with anything you may need to get the medical care you need. Also they are extremely helpful in keeping you informed about any required tests and appointments upcoming! They make getting medical care much more pleasant!

I have been a patient for 5 months now. First part went well. Diagnosed shoulder issues right off, confirmed with MRI and scheduled surgery. Granted it was 4 months later but okay, their busy I get it. I completed all the pre-op tests, several different visits. # days before surgery his office tells me he needs to refer me to another ortho doc. He cannot do it. Not capable? I don't know, they wouldn't explain it to me. Now the new doc, still at Summit Orthopedics wants to schedule out another 2 months. WTH?
