I trust Dr. Gayner. He’s performed numerous procedures for me, and I always get what I was hoping for - or better.

I sought out his practice for a second opinion for a rather complicated situation. I was hopeful that he would take me on, but instead it seemed as though he brought me in for the consultation fee and then had no interest in taking on my case, saying that I seemed to have a good plan with the other doctor. He gave me a grab bag of goodies for other services. He seemed to know what he was talking about, but I felt I wasted time and money in the process. He might be a very talented surgeon, but I wouldn't know.

Dr Gayner listened to what I wanted and gave me amazing results. I absolutely love my new nose and couldn't be happier. Also, the entire staff was friendly every time I had an appointment and in a situation where you're getting plastic surgery it's amazing to be surrounded by nice people who aren't judging you in anyway.

I waited many, many years to have rhinoplasty done and definitely went to the right doctor! I am very pleased with Dr. Gayner's work. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over details about the procedure. Everything about the experience was positive. The staff at the office and at the surgery center were all welcoming yet professional. My results are amazing, and I have received many compliments from people who knew I had work done. It looks very natural and has made such a difference in my life. I don't need to worry about my nose anymore! It's great to go into a crowded room and not feel like people are staring at my nose. Dr. Gayner and his entire staff are wonderful. His genuine care and underatanding of my needs, words cannot explain. I was beaten at a young age and never felt my face looked quite right to me. He was the first surgeon to actually listen to me. Really listen. He and I together decided what was in my best interests. He did my face, and I love it. I feel wonderful. Inside as well as out.
