They have evening appointments, which is very convenient. I can always get an appointment right away if there is a problem, or within a few days for prescription refills.

Dr. Goeller kept me coming back with appt after appt. I had all the symptoms of a bacterial infection including yellow/green phlem & he diagnosed a viral infection. I kept getting sicker & had to go back 2 more times until another Dr. prescribed antibiotics. I missed a lot of work & had to get disability & FMLA forms filled out. He charged me $25, lost the FMLA forms, didnt fax the forms in a timely manner and I was denied FMLA because they didn't get the paperwork. I scheduled ANOTHER appt, gave him the paperwork, asked if I needed to pay again & he said no. I offered to help fill out the forms right there and he said no. An entire week later, his office called to tell me I need to pay another $25 before he would consider looking at the forms. The woman on the phone told me I was lucky because the charge is $25 PER PAGE. I paid my copays, bought prescriptions and spent $50 for him to fill out forms. He broke my trust by charging me a 2nd time for forms he lost and for not… getting them done in a timely manner. I can take a misdiagnosis, but I feel he was just having me come back to bill me as much as he can. He knows that I am disabled & my husband is trying to get SSDI and I am the only
