Dr. Scott Briggs Hacking

There is not a better cardiologist out there. He is a medical professional for all the right reasons. He deeply cares for each and every patient. I feel like I am getting the best advice and care possible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hacking for about 4 years. I was referred to him by an ER physician who recommended I get a second opinion, from when I had been told by several cardiologists at the IHC cardiology group and the IHC ER, that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my heart. Dr. Hacking diagnosed the problem on the first visit. Took the necessary procedures to get my heart under control and I have not had a negative incident since I first saw him. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great doctor to keep their heart functioning as it should.

I feel so lucky to have such an amazing healthcare team and that includes Dr. Hacking. He values your time, truly listens, asks questions, listens to concerns and advises of what to do and who to follow up with. I feel like he goes out of his way to find what is wrong, even if it is out of the realm of Cardiology. I completely trust my care to Dr. Hacking.

I first met Dr. Hacking when a family member hospitalized with some heart problems. He was very reassuring making the patient confident that best practices were being used. His quick attention to diagnostics resulted in the right procedure being done and recovery was as expected. When I started realizing I needed to check-in with a cardiologist, he was the first one that came to mind. I have been very please with the care I have received. He is always friendly. I highly recommend him.

More helpful and complete than almost any doctor I have dealt with. Very personable in his care. Takes time to explore issues fully. So appreciated.

Dr. Hacking is an exceptional doctor. My situation a couple of months ago was very, very serious. I was admitted to St. Mark's Hospital the afternoon of an appointment with Dr. Hacking. He assessed the situation, planned and implemented medications that within a few days had brought me to a much better state. He visited my hospital room several times a day--even in the evenings as he was preparing to return home. I am very grateful for Dr. Hacking and highly recommend him.

When you receive a diagnosis of congestive heart failure it is essential to have a doctor and team members that work in harmony with the patient and hospital. My sister would tell you Dr. HACKING literally saved her life. This is true and I believe on more than one occasion. Dr Hacking gave my sister the best possible care . He was our advocate to help her get treatment she needed on more than one occasion .. Just as essential is the fact that he takes time to listen to his patients and is a wonderful communicator..
