Dr. Scott Neil Harder, DO

Have a previous bill that they did not send in to the insurance company.and went in to try to resolve it but the the front desk ladies and the lady over billing would not help me. The lady over billing, I believe, did not get what she wanted so she just walked away. The other ladies told me I need to pay the bill or leave. I went home and called insurance company and the insurance company said they never submitted a bill to them. They sent my bill to someone else's address then tried to say they sent it to my address, but the address they had was wrong . Went in today to talk to Dr. Scott Harder and let him see the way I was treated by his office staff and let him hear my conversation with the insurance company and that his office never sent a bill to them for dates in question and was treated the same way.

I love all the doctors there. You will never feel rushed because they take their.time with.you

Scott harder was one of the best doctors I have had in a long time. I was discharged due to an ex girlfriend previous balance. Don't think that was quite fair.

Terrible experience at the Harder Clinic; rude staff - from the front office all the way through the building. I will not go back there - ever!
