Dr. Scott Thomas Harrington, MD

Went to St. Clair Urgent Care for bad cold. They did a EKG. This MD. said I was having a heart attack and put me in a out off network ambulance to St. Clair Hospital. At St. Clair laid in emergency room. Doctor at St. Clair finally ordered chest x-ray. Then was told I had pneumonia. I asked the Doctor at St. Clair Emergency room why did Dr. Harrington say I was having a heart attack. She shrug and said I don't know. Because of this Doctor's miss-diagnosis. I owe a $1000 ambulance. I urge folks to avoid this doctor and St. Clair urgent care.

I was 4 week pregnant and suffering from severe cough and cold. Dr said there is nothing much we can prescribe due to early stage in pregnancy. He suggested taking Tylenol but didn't mention which variety of Tylenol as there are at least 3 types in pharmacy. I chose Cold + Flu SEVEre which contains phenylephrine and had 1 of these tablets. Upon asking my gyn I found that it is not suitable during pregnancy as it can cause miscarriage or birth defects. :-(
