I feel at home when visiting Dr. Hayes Office. The entire crew are warm and welcoming. Dr. Hayes lessened my fears. He will always be my choice of dentist.

Dr. Hayes seems to be competent, but watch out for his hygienist and office manager. I believe, they both have the primary goal of 'up selling' as much as possible, and outright lying. I had several periodontal procedures done that turned out not to be covered by my insurance, even though I was very clear that ALL procedures were to be pre-authorized by my insurance. When I received a bill for these services, 2 months after my visit, I received a runaround by the office manager, and was finally told, "just pay the bill". Needless to say, I no longer go to this practice.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Hayes for about 3 years. The office staff is always friendly, the office is clean and the equipment is modern. I have had a few procedures done and they have been virtually painless. I would recommend Dr. Hayes and have done so for my daughters and their children.
