I was a patient at Livingston County Mental Health, under the care of Scott Holbrook, NP, for more than ten years. In 2024, Scott Holbrook made the decision to lie to his coworkers, to my other doctors, and most notably, in my medical records. My therapist reported Scott Holbrook's intentional misconduct immediately, and then strongly encouraged me to do the same. I filled a complaint with NYS-OMH. Shelly Weber, the clinic administrator, was assigned the role of investigator. Shelly Weber responded by burrying this complaint and then punatively discharging me from the clinic. If you value your health and well-being, stay very far away from both Scott Holbrook and Livingston County Mental Health.
