The oral surgeon in town he doesn’t need a license to practice

he removed my tooth but after 2 weeks or more my gum is still real sore.i went back to him after one week he said it was not infected still it is very sore to the touch.

I went for an evaluation for TMJ pain. Dr. Jensen seemed knowledgeable and immediately offered a treatment option. However I just got a weird vibe from this office. The office and clinical staff are NOT friendly. Do not expect to feel welcome or see anyone smile. Very dry personalities overall and the assistant who saw me prior to Dr. Jensen acted as if I was getting in the way of her day. When I got home, I decided to do some research on the surgical procedure I was offered. During that research I discovered that Dr. Jensen has had his medical license suspended multiple times for Fentanyl addiction. The public court document also states that he violated his probationary status by relapsing on Fentanyl, allowing assistants to practice medicine outside of their scope of practice without a higher level of expertise present in the office and other allegations. I do not feel comfortable having someone with a prior narcotics addiction and questionable morals operate on my face/jaw for a… procedure that could result in facial paralysis, hearing loss and facial scarring. I am seeking another surgeon through a hospital system to do the procedure.

Dr. Jensen is a phenominal doctor with years of experience taking care of patient's needs as well as aftercare. My son & I both have been treated, & both with optimal results. He's quick, effective, & thorough. My next visit will be a painful procedure, but I have complete confidence in Dr Jensen's abilities. Request him, & highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks Dr. J! Complications arose after an initially different oral surgeon placed two bone grafts in my two lower empty eye teeth sockets that were sterilized with 1.5 million rads of Cobalt 60 irradiation. Afterward experienced neurological symptoms and a local neurologist recommended that the two irradiated dental bone grafts be removed. Dr. Jensen removed the two irradiated dental bone grafts and then performed another follow necessary follow-up oral surgery arising from damage caused by the temporary irradiated bone. He had to refer me out for the final two surgeries when excessive abnormal oral bone developed. He and his friendly staff demonstrated courtesy, professionalism and the epitome of compassion in this difficult case. I am healthy and well today and they just one of many healthcare and dental professionals that ultimately enabled me to regain my dental and physical health. I highly recommend Dr. Jensen.

PULLED A TOOTH FOR ME.

I would recommend this oral surgeon to anyone. This guy is respectful, and outgoing. Definitely knows what he is doing without a doubt, and cares about his patients. One thing that needs to be worked on in his office is the front desk women. They are some what friendly, but tend to not speak enough, as in greeting the patients.etc A more friendly attitude would help a bunch. The most friendly lady in the front is a lady named Samantha! Overall this office is the best I have ever been to!

Wonderful in every aspect.

office workers have a poor attitude, not friendly at all, i called to ask about something the individual on phone was rude, but i had a procedure done, one day later had and infection now how did i get and infection not even a day after the procedure, didn't reschedule for me to come in again, didn't even give me and antibiotic the day of the procedure this is why i don't trust doctors in Greensboro.
