Dr. Scott Evan Kapulskey, MD

Do NOT use Kapulskey , he does NOT care about his patients only money in his pocket. The capitated care plan incentivizes him To NOT to allow you to See specialists. He will deny care to try and manage situations himself even though it’s not in the best interest of his patient.

Always such care and concern and good listening from Dr K and his awesome staff. Always a return phone call when needed. That means a lot. So appreciate the office personal. Really make you feel good. Have recommended quite a few new patients to them and all are very pleased with everyone there.

Best is a understatement. He listens to you , and understands your medical needs . I'm a travel agent and I'm asked all the time my opinion on where to go for this and that . I highly recommend Dr. Kapulskey to all my friends and family.

Dr K is a awesome doctor. He is caring and takes time with his patients.

The doctor cared! He was skilled, patient, and listened. I wish he had his own office at JSA - I'd go in an instant to him as my primary doctor!

He was arrogant, rude and preoccupied with other things going on with staff. Problems with operations in office. Heard argument on the hallway between him and office nurse. When he entered the room he was short with me and wouldn't answer my questions. Hurried through exam and didn't care about my care

Dr Kapulskey excellent diagnostic skills and caring saved my life. I was bleeding and my gynocologist ignored my symptoms. Dr Kapulskey immediately diagnosed my problem, sent me to the emergency room, got testing done and once he was sure what my problem was, referred me to a gynocologist that did a hystorectomy. I am lucky to be alive and grateful to Dr K for his fabulous care!

Dr. Kapulskey is a Sympathetic and caring for patients.He goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure patient's well being despite the the administrative staff that work's against his hard work to care for patient's.

Leaps to conclusions, infers incorrectly and fabricates histories, tending to blame patient for his own failure to bring about improvement or cure. He is vindictive and retaliatory when patients question his treatment decisions and he tends to skew his chart entries and referrals with psychiatric innuendos in the service of defending his judgments. He does not hear patients' complaints and creates obstacles for communication by setting up a "chain of command" that isolates him further from the people he is responsible for treating. He tends to supervise his staff rather than lay hands on patients. He seems to be spread too thin between his offices and multiple employments.
