Came to see Dr. Kerstetter for a physical exam as well as vaccination updates for a forthcoming trip to Africa. He was thorough in my physical exam, spent time listening to my concerns and prompt with my blood test results as it became available. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease.

Dr. Kerstetter and his team were very professional and willing to listen to my symptom package in detail as a new potential patient. I did not feel rushed and I felt that the questions were very relevant to my care and well being. I will continue to see Dr. Kerstetter because of the excellent experience.

I have been a practicing physician for over 20 years and I feel that the vast majority of my patients know that I made it I am a caring physician. Unfortunately over my long career I have been faced with the occasional patient with whom I cannot connect. I have encountered such a patient who has decided to post two negative reviews on this site. I wish her no ill will but I am disappointed that she has chosen to lash out in the way that she has on the site. I want anyone who reads postings from this site to realize that I am truly a caring and compassionate physician who is open to seeing anyone in need at any time.

Have seen him a few times only because my primary was booked. He refuses to prescribe meds, instead will tell you OTC stuff to take causing you to have to come back again days later when you haven’t gotten any better. And if you dare to ask for meds, he’ll laugh in your face. This has happened more than once. He’s rude and won’t take you seriously.
