Dr. Scott Allan Keyes, MD

This guy is so bad that I post a rating every few years to warn people about him. Our experience was five years ago. Yes. That long ago and I still am upset about it. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out then had some bleeding. We had to go back in and he basically accused my daughter of lying about it, belittled her, bullied her. It was shocking. I know we live in a rural area with few choices of specialists. But go to anybody else even if you have to wait. Perhaps he needs to see a counselor for his anger issues. As far as any positive ratings posted here, I’m very dubious they are legit. Or perhaps he has a good day here and there. After all, a broken clock is right twice a day.

Dr.Keyes and his Staff were very professional they explained everything very well and did a excellent job would definitely recommend.

Very cocky

Seen Dr. Keyes in an emergency situation. His was very rude and demeaning when speaking with both myself and my spouse. Office staff refused to work with insurance company in providing the correct coding, took over 6 months. Received notice from insurance company with amount they paid, then received notice from dentist office showing still owed total amount plus over $150 in interest. Bottom of statement indicated this was Second Notice, yet charged $150 in interest and received no cooperation from them in working with insurance company.

Dr. Scott Keyes DDS MS is rude, degrading, dismissive, and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. Oh he got the job done, but any ole "dentist" could've accomplished the task. Rudeness is not priceless, $342 for a 15min experience of his ego and abhorrent treatment of not only me, but his kind staff as well. Would not recommend.
